Mark Faggiano

Faggiano is the former Director of Online Communications for
FleetBoston Financial, at the time the nation’s seventh largest banking
company. Most recently, he served as the Director of Operations for
Foundation Makers after completing graduate degrees in both Business
and Information Technology at the University of San Diego.
An undergraduate of Boston College, Faggiano is a native of New England.
Sebastian Ailioaie
Director of Development
Ailioaie is an expert project manager with a track record of managing a
variety of software projects and products, all with consistent
successful delivery. He has excellent analytical skills, a thorough
technical knowledge as well as a wide experience of managing end-to-end
projects, handling budgets and managing people.
Sebastian earned his MS degree in Information Technology from the
Graduate School of Business (University of San Diego: Magna cum Laude)
and also holds a MA degree in Political Science with a focus on
eGovernment from Central European University Budapest. Sebastian has
been awarded many prestigious scholarships, including George Soros and
Fulbright scholarships.
