Pablo – Good question. I’m actually not sure b/c I have never tried. Facebook groups in general seem to be on the demise. Facebook is spending a lot more time trying to improve pages. I’d think about developing a page instead of a group.

It looks great except that asking for a phone number for a Facebook app is ridiculous.

I tried it and succcessfully added Twitter tab – but to a newly created FB Page. I already have one, can’t seem to be able to add the tab to the existing one.

Hi Velvet - You're right. That particular app doesn't seem to be working as well anymore. I have another suggestion for you that you might like even better. It's called RSS Graffiti (http://www.rssgraffiti.com/).

It integrates pretty seamlessly into your page's wall tab - which I think is a better experience than having your tweets on a separate tab. Try it and let me know what you think.
